What's included in a standard clean?+
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and a general tidy. Deep cleans and move-outs add inside appliances, baseboards, and interiors of cabinets.
Do I need to be home?+
Not at all. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox, or meet us on the first visit. We'll confirm access when we book.
Are your products safe for pets and children?+
Yes. Every visit follows our Paws-First™ standard: non-toxic, pet-safe products and no essential oils known to be harmful to cats or dogs.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?+
Whenever possible, yes. A dedicated cleaner is one of the reasons families stay with us for years — they learn your home, your pets, and how you like things done.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?+
We do. If you prefer we use a product you already have, just leave a note with your booking.

How do I prepare for the first visit?+
A clear path to floors and counters helps us do our best work. Dishes in the dishwasher, personal items tucked away, and pets secured or introduced — that's plenty.
Can you clean my Airbnb between guests?+
Yes. We run a hotel-level turnover checklist and can often work same-day. Tell us your changeover window when you book.
